- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

4. User Accounts
- You may need to create an account to access some services.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

5. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are made either directly with us or with third-party providers (venues, booking partners). In most cases, your contract for the service is with the provider, not with us.
- Payment processing is handled by authorised third-party payment processors.
- Venue terms (including cancellation, no-show, and refund policies) apply to your booking.
- We are not liable for pricing errors or availability issues caused by third-party providers.

6. User Responsibilities
You must not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Post misleading, offensive, or defamatory content.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
- Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

7. Content & IP Rights
- All Platform content (text, images, logos, branding) is owned by us or licensed to us.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our content without permission.
- If you submit content (e.g., reviews, images), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share it in connection with the Platform.

8. Recommendations Disclaimer
- AI-driven and ambassador recommendations are for guidance only.
- We do not guarantee that any venue, activity, or service will meet your expectations.

9. ESG Commitment
- We reinvest a portion of profits into local community and sustainability projects.
- This is a voluntary initiative and not a contractual obligation enforceable by users.

10. Privacy & Data
- We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- By using the Platform, you agree to such processing.

11. Liability
- The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
- We are not liable for:
  - Any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party providers.
  - Indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability for claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid via the Platform in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for operational/security reasons.
- On termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.
